1. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in, we may receive your name, email address, authentication identifier, profile image, and sign-in metadata from Google and our authentication provider.
Service and usage information
We process plan level, subscription status, monthly design counts, batch activity, device authorization, feature events, error reports, browser-extension version, and timestamps needed to provide and secure the Service.
Content you submit
When you choose AI or cloud-assisted features, we process the listing text, keywords, filenames, settings, and other content you submit to produce the requested result. Artwork may be processed locally in your browser or transmitted when a feature clearly requires cloud processing.
Technical information
We may collect IP address, browser type, device and operating-system information, approximate location derived from IP, security events, request logs, and diagnostic data.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; provide listing, preflight, trademark-screening, quota, and recovery features; administer plans and billing; answer support requests; detect abuse and security incidents; diagnose errors; maintain service reliability; comply with law; and improve product quality.
3. Browser-extension access
The extension interacts with supported Amazon Merch on Demand pages to assist with user-directed draft preparation. We do not ask for or store your Amazon password. We do not sell Amazon account data. Page access is used only to provide features you initiate, maintain the selected publishing workflow, and diagnose failures.
4. AI processing
Text submitted to AI-assisted features may be transmitted securely to an AI service provider to generate or revise output. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential third-party data, payment-card details, passwords, or government identifiers in listing fields. AI output must be reviewed by you before use.
5. Payments
Paid checkout and subscription administration are handled by our authorized merchant of record. We receive transaction identifiers, customer email, plan, subscription status, billing dates, and limited payment metadata needed to provision access. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We may share the minimum necessary information with vendors that provide authentication, database hosting, infrastructure, AI processing, payment and tax administration, email, security, and error monitoring. Current core providers may include Google, Supabase, Anthropic, Cloudflare, and our authorized merchant of record. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect users, CAMP THREADS LLC, or the public; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets; or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Data retention
We retain account and service records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, support, dispute resolution, accounting, and legal obligations. AI request logs and diagnostics are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operation and safety. Local queue data remains on your device until you clear it or remove the extension, subject to browser behavior.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, and authenticated server requests. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You can edit certain account and listing information through the Service, clear locally stored queue data, uninstall the extension, cancel a subscription, or ask us to access, correct, export, or delete eligible personal information. Legal retention requirements and security records may limit deletion. You may also have additional rights under the law where you live.
10. International processing
MerchOps AI is operated by a United States company. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards where applicable to international transfers.
11. Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Updates and contact
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to sadgui.walid@gmail.com.
