What MerchOps AI does

MerchOps AI is a Chrome extension from CAMPTHREADS LLC that helps users prepare Amazon Merch on Demand drafts from listing CSV files and PNG artwork. It does not click Amazon's final Publish or Submit control.

Data stored on your device

The extension stores listing text, artwork files, queue status, class preferences, a random installation identifier, and—only when you choose to save one—your AI provider API key in Chrome's local extension storage. This information is used to restore your workspace and operate the features you request.

You can delete the workspace using Clear queue, remove an AI key in AI Listing settings, or remove all locally stored extension data by uninstalling the extension.

Information sent for optional features

AI Listing

When you intentionally run an AI feature, the selected artwork and relevant prompt or listing text are sent directly from your browser to the provider you selected—OpenAI or Anthropic—using your own API key. CAMPTHREADS LLC does not receive or store your API key or those AI request contents. The provider's own terms and privacy policy apply.

US Trademark Check

When you intentionally run US Trademark Check, the selected listing text, selected trademark classes, extension version, and a random installation identifier are sent over HTTPS to our Supabase-hosted screening service. Artwork, Amazon passwords, authentication cookies, and payment information are not sent to this service.

The screening service uses listing text only to calculate and return matches; it does not intentionally retain request text. A one-way hash of the installation identifier and a daily request count may be retained for up to 45 days to enforce public-beta abuse limits. Infrastructure providers may process standard network metadata for security and reliability.

Amazon page access

The extension runs only on merch.amazon.com pages covered by its requested permission. It reads and fills the visible Merch creation form to perform the draft workflow you start. It does not read passwords, export authentication cookies, or make a final publishing decision for you.

Diagnostics and feedback

Diagnostics are generated and downloaded locally only when you click the diagnostic control. They are not uploaded automatically. Review a diagnostic file before choosing to share it because it may contain Amazon page structure, URLs, filenames, status messages, or form values useful for troubleshooting.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell personal information. We do not use extension data for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling. Data is shared only with the service providers needed for features you intentionally activate, as described above, or when legally required.

Security, children, and changes

Network features use HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security, and the beta may change as reliability and privacy controls improve. MerchOps AI is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Material policy changes will be posted here and disclosed in the extension when required.
