Getting started with MerchOps AI
Follow this short workflow to prepare reviewable Merch on Demand listing drafts from your CSV data and PNG artwork.
Your first listing batch
- Open the extension and sign inUse Google sign-in to connect your MerchOps AI account and load your current plan.
- Import your listing CSVAdd the CSV containing your titles, brands, bullets, descriptions, and matching artwork filenames.
- Upload the matching PNG artworkUse the same filenames referenced in your CSV so MerchOps AI can pair each design with its listing.
- Prepare and check your listingsSelect the listings you want, then run Preflight and the preliminary US trademark check. AI Listing is optional and uses your own supported provider key.
- Review before opening draft tabsCorrect any warnings, review every field, and open the selected Amazon draft pages. You remain in control of the final submission.
Important: MerchOps AI prepares drafts and preliminary checks. Always review listing content, trademark results, artwork, product settings, and marketplace requirements before submitting.
Common questions
Why did my artwork not match?
Confirm that each PNG filename exactly matches the artwork filename in your CSV, including spaces, punctuation, and the file extension.
Is an AI key required?
No. Importing, matching, and standard workflow tools can be used without AI Listing. If you enable AI Listing, add your own supported provider key inside the extension.
Where is my queue saved?
Your in-progress queue is stored locally in your browser. Keep the extension installed and avoid clearing its local data until you finish the batch.
How do I manage my plan?
Open Manage account in the extension dashboard. Paid subscriptions are securely handled by our authorized merchant of record.
How is my information handled?
