Most beta issues can be isolated without sharing artwork or API keys.
Reload first
Open Chrome's Extensions page, reload MerchOps AI, close the old dashboard tab, and reopen it from the toolbar icon.
Check the queue
Confirm the CSV image names exactly match the PNG filenames and run Preflight check before opening draft tabs.
Retry one failure
Use Retry failed instead of restarting a successful batch. Keep final Amazon submission manual.
Export diagnostics
Use Tools & support in the Amazon Bridge or Beta help in the dashboard, then review the downloaded JSON before sharing it.
What to include in a beta report
- The MerchOps AI version shown in Chrome.
- What you clicked and what you expected to happen.
- The exact visible error message.
- A screenshot with API keys and private account details hidden.
- The diagnostic file, only after you review it.
